Because it is Cullen Week and I needed a quick doodle project.
I like drawing coats and I like basing those coats on the armor the character normally wears. I always liked the collar of DA:O templar armor, so I mixed the armor designs to make this quick sketch.
And I happen to like scarves. (Don’t judge me! :P)
Little accident with an eraser that still had a smudge of pastel on it. Phooey.

I liked the first doodle so much, I needed to expand on it. Going to add more details to it, textures and such.

I missed drawing my F!Mahariel Warden, so thought I’d go all out with a new one. Was thinking of drawing her in the Grey Warden armor from DA2 with Dalish embellishments.
As more layers were added, the armor is just peeking through now. All you can clearly see are the boots and tabard, which I really liked.
Simply titled “Missed Me?”
Might change the hair a bit. Maybe scrap any hint of armor and just show the boots.

Wanted to show confidence and figure without needing to show skin.
Eye looks a little off. Oh well, the dangers of pen and paper. You are stuck with your mistakes and hope you don’t do them again. That and running out of space after you’ve drawn the perfect expression. *headdesks*

WIP of just a random picture of Cullen and my OC Dalish from a DA RP forum. I happen to like seeing them in calm collected moments before all the shit hits the fan.
And now I get to listen to my one other character demand some face time on paper. Whoopeee.

Although I am a little concerned that I can’t find the original piece at the moment. Curse my awful filing of finished drawings!
